Coordination strategies in distribution network considering multiple aggregators and high penetration of electric vehicles

Given the current state of society in which we live, terms energy pollution, several objectives have been set to try reduce environmental problems. Some these goals include an exponential increase production through renewable energy, and Electric Vehicles (EVs) circulating on roads. Due this high penetration distributed resources electricity grid, problems may exist: grid congestion, causing severe systems damage. Innovative coordination strategies must be developed mitigate situations. This paper proposes a methodology minimize problem smart with Distributed Generation (DG) EVs, taking into account multiple aggregators. Initially, proposed model calculates each aggregator’s profit some business models analyzes network without any congestion strategy. analysis is then done presence Distribution Locational Marginal Pricing (DLMPs), aggregator receives from System Operator (DSO). The DSO gets prices after running Optimal Power Flow (OPF), where involve market price, cost losses, at given point network. Here aggregators react according costs, such as trying buy flexibility their customers. In study, results prove that dynamic are more viable for power by reducing analyzing profit.
